We conducted in-depth research using advanced UX methodologies, including design arena canvases and Kano models, to explore smartwatch interactions. By analyzing user needs and preferences, we identified opportunities to enhance functionality, enabling smartwatches to achieve much more through intuitive gesture-based controls, ultimately improving user engagement and efficiency.
